Around The Venue

The Wynford has undergone many transformations in it's life, from an ordinary pub fifteen years ago to busy bar/club today. Here are just a few shots from around our venue, of course, its' much better being here!!

Outside

Bar

Our bar is fully stocked with your favourite drinks! We have on draught pumps; Carling, Grolsch, Coors, Guinness, Strongbow, Magners, as well as having a real ale which varies on a regular basis! We only stock the best in spirits plus a large array of premium spirits too. We have sixteen different wines and champagnes. Our shots selection consist of twenty nine different flavours of Corkys, Sambuca, Aftershock, etc. We also stock all the Brothers cider range, with the most popular being toffee apple or strawberry & pear flavour!

Relax – Showtime – Dance

This area is widely used throughout the week. It has several different layouts, with three shown here. The first is Relax, whereby the seating is spread out around the room, with candles and a cosy atmosphere. The second is Showtime, the stage is cleared for Cabaret or Karaoke, and seating best placed for viewing. The third is Dance, the seating is repositioned around the venue to clear the way for the dancefloor.

Pool/TV Area

Here we have the pool table for use all week, being free on a Wednesday! We also have a large screen tv either showing the music channels, in house adverts, major sporting events or just the news. Then we have the jukebox, which is free up until 6:30pm with thousands of regularly updated tracks. We also have our information area with leaflets on many topics plus of course all the free magazines – G3, Out, 3Sixty, Fyne Times, Dyke Life, Hot Mag, Pink Paper etc.

Lower Courtyard Area

The lower courtyard is open throughout the venues’ opening hours. It's heated during cold spells and provides for that 'out of the way' chat, just a quick cigarette or to be cool and shaded in the summer.

Upper Roof Terrace

The upper roof terrace is open till 11pm every night of the week. It's a quiet sun-trap area with plenty of seating and becomes very warm and popular during those summer afternoons. During the evenings, it’s subtly lit in a green wash light. We provide regular BBQ’s through the year.
